Project Reporting

Recently chaired or co-chaired an event? Please remember to fill out a project event report! All completed reports should be submitted to the club vice-president within two-weeks of the event.

Expense Reimbursement

Have you recently helped out with a club event, and had to purchase materials? Don't forget to get reimbursed! Just fill out the reimbursement form, and submit it, along with receipts, to the club treasurer to have your club expenses reimbursed.

Event Playbook

Recently chaired a new event? Don't forget to complete a club playbook page for it! These pages are designed to help future club members run each event in as smooth and hassle free a manner as possible. Just fill out the Event Playbook, and submit it to the club Vice President for inclusion in the ever-growing Club playbook.
