Joining the Club

Interested in joining Junior's? We are always happy to have you! Our club meets on the third Tuesday of every month (with the exception of July and August, when we go on summer break) at 7:30 pm, in the Peter Childs Room at the Collingswood Public Library. Walk-in's are more than welcome. So stop on in, and see what it means to be a part of the Collingswood Junior's!

The Board Members

Junior's is very excited to announce the recently inducted board members for 2011-2013.

President: Alyce Taylor. Alyce joined the club in 2007, and previously held the position of Vice-President from 2008-2010. A resident of Collingswood, Alyce works as a guidance counselor, and is an avid volunteer.

Vice-President: Michelle Miller. Michelle, a resident of Collingswood, joined the club in 2010 and immediately become a very active participant. In addition to club activities, Michelle is also a Co-Leader for local Girl Scout Troop 30113.

Secretary: Christine Hastings. Christine joined the club in 2009, and previously held the position of Health & Home Life Department Chair from 2009-2010. A resident of Cherry Hill, Christine has been happily married for seven years.

Treasurer: Suzanne Shourds Gulbranson. Suzanne joined the club in 2009, and previously held the position of Conservation Department Chair from 2009-2010. She works as an environmental consultant in Philadelphia. A resident of Collingswood, Suzanne is also involved in the Collingswood TV Club, and is a Co-Leader for local Girl Scout Troop 30113.

For Current Members

Annual Dues: For all active club members annual dues in the amount of $45 are due by April 1st of every year. Please make checks payable to Collingswood Junior Women's Club, and submit to the club treasurer by that date.

Project Reporting: Recently chaired or co-chaired an event? Please remember to fill out a project event report! All completed reports should be submitted to the club vice-president.

Expense Reimbursement: Have you recently helped out with a club event, and had to purchase materials? Don't forget to get reimbursed! Just fill out the reimbursement form, and submit it, along with receipts, to the club treasurer to have your club expenses reimbursed.

Event Playbook: Recently chaired a new event? Don't forget to complete a club playbook page for it! These pages are designed to help future club members run each event in as smooth and hassle free a manner as possible. Just fill out the Event Playbook, and submit it to the club Vice President for inclusion in the ever-growing Club playbook.
