Wednesday, January 11th, 2012 - 6 p.m.: Junior members, along with local citizens, parents and - most importantly! - students came together to participate in the Collingswood Junior Women's Club annual Spelling Bee for local area children.

Tuesday, December 13th, 2012 - 7 p.m.: The Collingswood Junior Women's Club was joined by local Girl Scout Troop 30113 for their annual Holiday Caroling event at the Collingswood Manor. Residents of the manor, along with members of both Junior's, and the Girl Scouts (along with their parents!) spent an evening singing their favorite carols, enjoying home-made cookies, and getting into the spirit of the season.
Sunday, December 4th, 2012 - 10 a.m.: The Collingswood Junior Women's Club hosted their annual Santa Brunch (& Lunch) for Charity at the Collingswood Community Center located at 30 W. Collings Ave., Collingswood, NJ.
This year, all proceeds benefitted the Valerie Fund. Two seatings (Brunch & Lunch) were had, with food kindly donated by area restaurants and stores (as well as club members), and entertainment provided by Sara O'Brien of Studio Luloo during both Brunch and Lunch! And of course, the big man himself, Santa!
The club would like to thank everyone (parents, kids, and volunteers) for coming out and making this years Brunch (& Lunch) a wonderful success. We hope to see you again next year!
Friday, November 18th, 2011 - 7:30 p.m.: The Collingswood Junior Women's Club, partnered with Chief Instructor Andrew Faupel of Kenkojuku Karate of South Jersey, held a FREE class in of self-defense for local Women, 21 and older. Valuable lessons, a fantastic workout, Wine, finger foods, and great company was enjoyed by all. The event was such a cussess that the club plans on offering it annually. (So check back for updates!)

Sunday, November 13, 2011 - 12:30 pm: As a public service, the Collingswood Junior Women's Club held a FREE parent/child nutrition class at the Collingswood Public Library. Two classes were offered, one for 3-5 year olds, and one for 6-10 years, with both focused on teaching the basics of nutirtion to help keep parents adn children alike happy and healthy in the upcoming year.
Saturday, October 22nd, 2011 - 12 Noon : Once again, the Collingswood Junior Women's Club hosted our annual Fall Festival in Collingswood's Knight Park. The event, held in conjuction with the PTA's of five local elementary school as well as Collingswood's Rotary Club, offered residents (and lucky passerbys) a chance to get in the spirit of the Fall season with hayrides, pumpkin paiting, a hay-bale scavenger hunt, pony rides, and more! Proceeds from the event benefit the Valerie Fund and other local charities. Thank you to everyone who came out and made this year's event a success, we hope to see you next year!

Saturday, October 1st, 2011 - 9 a.m.: Every year, the Club joins book lovers from all over at Collingswood's Annual Book Festival. In support of the State Project, the Valerie Fund, and other local charities, our club collects donatiosn of used books, magazines, and comics to sell at the festival. Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's book fest, and helped to make it a success!

Thursday, September 22nd, 2011 - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.: The Collingswood Junior Women's Club hosted our first ever Night-Out for Charity event. The event, held at the Collingswood Community Center featureed more than 20 different vendors including: Tupperware, Partylite, Arbonne, Traveling Vineyard and crafters with handmade chocolate, jewelry and more. Local citizens (as well as some out-of-towners) got a jump on holiday shopping while indulging in a night out to themselves - complete with appetizers, desserts, soft srinks, and raffles (including an authentic Coach Bag!).
Proceeds from event benefit The Valerie Fund and other children’s charities.
Monday, July 4th, 2011 - 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Every year, on the fourth of July, the Collingswood Junior Women's Club hosts the annual Fourth of July Bike Parade in Knight Park, and this year was no exception! One-hundred and fifty (YES! 150!) Kids of all ages (plus their parents) dressed up their bikes, and themselves, to show off their patriotic colors! Food, prizes, and a good time were had by all. (Oh, and can't forget the ice cream! Thanks go to the American Legion for their generation Ice Cream donation!)

Saturday, March 28th, 2011 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Every year, the Collingswood Junior Women's Club has booth at Collingswood's annual May Fair, which takes place along Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ., and this year was no exception! This year, the Juniors sold terra cotta planting pots and a selection of wine and beverage glasses, all hand painted by club members. Proceeds benefited the Valerie Fund, as well as local charities.
Sunday, May 22nd, 2011 - 9 a.m.: The Collingswood Junior Women's Club hosted the First Annual Knight Park Hike on Sunday, May 22nd (in a small amount of rain). Kids of all ages (and their parents) walked the park to make a difference. Proceeds from this year are going towards building a pollination garden in the park. Thank you to everyone for coming out, and making our first annual hike a success!

Saturday, April 16th, 2011 - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: The Collingswood Junior Women's Club joined many others at the annual Collingswood Green Fest along Irvin Ave., Collingswood, NJ.
This year, the Juniors sold terra cotta planting pots (hand painted by club members!), along with a selection of herbs (Lavender, Basil, and Thyme to name a few), with proceeds going to benefit the Valerie Fund and local charities. In addition to selling the pots, the Juniors worked in conjuction with a local Daisy Girl Scout Troop to plant herbs purchased by patrons into the hand-painted pots. Helping the Girls to earn their 'Make the World a Better Place' and 'Use Resources Wisely' Daisy patches.
